When an order is received, by whatever means, it constitutes a contract between Pantaloon Ltd, and you, the customer. You will have contracted to buy such goods as are on your order, at the prices currently advertised. Pantaloon Ltd have agreed to supply items ordered if we have them in stock, and if not in stock, we will contact you to decide whether you will purchase another product instead, await arrival into stock of the item, or cancel that order or part thereof. All orders can be cancelled prior to receiving an email from pantaloon confirming that you order has been shipped.

All items displayed at this site are also available in our store.
Due to the various limitations of the reproductive process and different types of computer equipment, the colours may not exactly match the pictures you see on screen. However we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. Furthermore, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Shipping & Returns:

Pantaloon offers a variety of different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering process. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. Most of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

To avoid delays in shipping, Please select the proper delivery method based upon your location. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method chosen.

We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Most orders received by 2.00 p.m. will dispatched within 24 hours unless there is a backorder. On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor back order on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 8-10 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. If you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by e-mail and we will get your order to you when you want it.
Returns & Exchanges
Pantaloon prides itself on offering quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 28 days and we will provide you with a full refund, less shipping costs. Shipping will be free should you wish to exchange the product.  We want you to be just as pleased with that process as well. So, we offer you two easy ways to handle the return and exchange process.

• By visiting our store in person. A proof of purchase would be required.
